Activities
 

As the distributor you should have had already considerable professional experience in this business and know what it is all about. We just outline some issues which may be important as follows:

  • Market and resell the unique brand software to enterprises, businesses, educational, training, public and governmental organizations in the region with your new logo and image by using the existing distribution channels.
  • Making complementary packaged offers to your customers by combining the products of sales and promoting new solutions, including its offering with accounting, auditing, production, investment analysis, workflow and other ERP or management information systems.
  • Establishing value added services as complementary profit centers to stabilize revenue if beneficial (see support and training partnership).

Purchase products in mutually agreed quantity under the attractive discounts.

The distributors are supported by prompt shipments of the orders, making references to your clients, high priority in serving your requests, advanced notification on new upgrades, products and services, assistance in case you decide to add product support and training services to your business lines.

In addition there is customization and development support in cases when some new product features required by customers for particular corporate projects.

The distribution / reselling partnership can be complementary to the other types of partnership including training, consulting and support.

Does it sound interesting? Are the things clear and look reasonably attractive? Are you ready to make first step toward your new profits & success?

Here are actually 4 steps to make it happen as follows:

  1. Download and send us the Application Form (for organizations) by e-mail and fax or fill in the Partnership Application (for individuals).
  2. Receive, review and sign the Agreement, which identifies the business procedures and conditions and send it to us.
  3. Receive the Agreement back signed.
  4. Receive your first deliveries under the Distributor conditions.

Note please that we are flexible to accept any of the following two operational options whenever preferable due to your business environment:

1. Direct: when distributor or agent purchases the products in quantity and resells them to End Users upon local market conditions (default option).

2. Indirect: when distributor or agent informs us that we should make the offer and delivery of the products and services to his/her client. The appropriate margin is transferred to such distributor or agent immediately upon the business is done. Advanced notification is required in each such case (see example).
