(1) Direct:

defines his/her services and
products and obtains appropriate
service fees directly from his/her
customers. Appropriate transfer
of the fees from our partner
or his client covers our part
of service as well. The prices
and conditions of collaboration
is discussed and fixed in advance.
(2) Indirect:
The partner introduces the products
and services on behalf of our
company. All the fees are transferred
to us. The partner part of such
fees is transferred to our partner
upon the receipt of totals.
